Pathetic Warbo wants the credit for Sevco 'title challenge'

Mark Warburton wants to claim some of the credit for Sevco reaching third place in the SPFL on the back of a £25m debt mountain!
The former city trader was resigned a year ago but many of his signings are still draining a salary as Graeme Murty struggles to keep up with Aberdeen.
In recent weeks Jason Holt has worn the armband of dignity while Andy Halliday and Micky O’Halloran have been returned to Ibrox from loan spells.
Warbo put that trio on contracts until 2020 with the recently sacked former Nottingham Forest boss keen to claim some of the credit on the back of a 6-1 win away to Ayr United.
?I?m not being arrogant about this, it?s the last thing I?d be,? Warbo told The Sun as he prepared to snatch credit from Murts.
?But, yes, I?m very satisfied at seeing a number of the boys we brought to the club still being important players for Rangers.
?I?m certainly not surprised by the impact of Wes, Tav and Josh. I?m delighted for them. Bates, Wilson, Holt, Halliday ? who I?m glad to see back in the squad ? are other players we signed. ?Some guys come in and hit the ground running, like Foderingham and Tavernier, while others take more time.
?Young players, especially, need that time.
?Frank McParland signed Josh and Matt Crooks, two talented players, and also Jordan Rossiter who has been so unfortunate with injuries.
?But I?ve no doubts once he?s fully fit Jordan will make an impact for Rangers.
?Josh is earning rave reviews and has added goals to his game. But, trust me, he?s still got loads more development in him.
Despite the apparent success of those signings no offers came in for Warbo’s signings during the January transfer window.
Having been dismissed by Sevco and Nottingham Forest during 2017 it’s unlikely that the former city trader will be back in management this year leaving the Londoner to pick up on his business interests.
